Approval Process
We know waiting is the hardest part, so we've clearly outlined every step from submission to signing your lease agreement. Our team handles your application efficiently and will be in touch quickly to guide you through the final checks and officially welcome you as a tenant.

Inquire about the property
Request detailed information including the property description, lease terms, monthly rent, security deposit, and utilities. This helps you determine if the space meets your needs.

Schedule a showing
If the property suits your requirements, arrange a visit to see it in person. This ensures the space matches your expectations before moving forward.

Submit Rental application
Complete the rental application form and provide the necessary documents: Social Security Number (SSN), Driver’s License, and Proof of Income.

Background and Credit check
We perform a background and criminal check. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 650. This step ensures the reliability and security of all tenants.

Sign the Lease agreement
Once approved, you’ll sign the lease agreement outlining terms, responsibilities, and move-in dates.

Payment of Security deposit
Submit the required security deposit as specified in your lease agreement.

Receive keys & move in
After completing all previous steps, you will receive the keys and can officially move into your new space.
